Blog Outline
Are you new to blogging? Does each blog post take you hours and hours to write? Are you struggling to crack the code of blog content that reaches a wide audience?
There’s nothing more frustrating than having tons of ideas for writing content only to find that each one takes you days to produce and publish. If you look at the list of articles you want to write and realize it will take you years just to finish it, you’re not alone.
This blog outline will help you streamline your writing process so you can churn out articles in hours, not days.
Why an Outline Makes Sense
Imagine being able to plan a blog post with perfect structure in minutes!
Better yet, can you envision a world where your editing is done in one pass instead of hours of puzzle-piecing your article in the right order.
If you’re only writing one or two blog posts per week, you could be doing so much more with the right outline.
Sporadic publishing is no way to build a brand, a career, or an audience. You need to be able to put content in front of readers frequently. You may have thought the way to do that is to decrease quality. But that’s the wrong idea. Readers who see poor quality are unlikely to come back to your blog.
Instead, let’s increase your efficiency!
The Outline Will Save You Hours and Hours
I once spent a week writing a review for an online course I’d taken. I really thought readers of this blog would love it. I mean, really love it.
So naturally, I wanted to make sure I explained the value and why I thought it was worth the price point.
I painstakingly went through my notes from the course and spent days describing how it was organized, and where I found the best value.
And by the time I was ready to hit publish, the deadline for registration had passed. A week’s worth of work, down the drain.
Believe me when I say, it hurt.
If you’re not organized when starting the post, you’ll get bogged down with a lengthy revision process like I did.
Instead, this outline will start you off with everything you need in the blog post. Then you’ll have no problem making small, simple tweaks to ensure everything is lined up the way it’s supposed to be.
The Process
I decided I’d be more efficient from now on. To be more efficient, I needed a process. So I looked at dozens of blog post outline formats. I studied countless posts to see what worked and what didn’t.
And now, I have to say, I’ve come up with this outline that I love.
I fill it out whenever I have an idea for a post. By the time I’m done, 90% of my blog post is finished.
Then it just comes down to bringing it all together, adding some transitions and a single revision is all it usually takes to fine tune the post so it’s up to my own high standards.
This revolutionized my writing process. Which is why I’m giving it away FOR FREE! I hope it helps you like it helped me.
Use this outline to ensure you’re producing perfectly organized posts and saving yourself countless hours!
